Omega Lettings is committed to providing Best Value services to achieve satisfaction among all our customers. As part of this we have introduced a new system which will help us locate the exact problem you have and order the correct works which may need to be done.

We know that tenants attach great value to the repairs that we carry out on their homes and we want to ensure every effort is made to improve the service.

Our aim is to avoid delays and to complete repair work in one visit where possible. To assist us with carrying out repairs use the Repairs finder booklet to find the item with which you have a problem or defect. Our maintenance staff will be able to see the same pictures as you on their computer screen. Please tell them the number which corresponds with the problem and they can then carry out the work needed with less chance of an error being made.

Remember YOU can help us and yourself by using the Repairs finder booklet when you ask for a repair.

How to use the Repairs Finder

  1. Look at your repair, then match the repair to the Repairs finder pictures. For example, if the pipe at the back of your toilet is leaking, check where you believe the leak is coming from
  2. Look in the Repairs Finder booklet and identify the page number and repair number, e.g. page 21 No. 10.

Please note under your tenancy with the Council that any malicious damage created to the property will be the tenants responsibility.
