Management Team

Zenon, a Fellow member of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA), is a seasoned property professional with over 35 years experience within the property market. Having managed his own portfolio for a number of years, Zenon founded Omega Lettings in 1998. Zenon, the company’s Managing Director takes responsibility of Omega Lettings finance department. Prior to founding Omega Lettings, Zenon an ex-accountant at Arthur Andersen, established a number of successful businesses. Zenon graduated from Queen Mary's University with a BSc Honours in Economics.

Demetrios has a wealth of experience within the property investment and management market and is responsible for business development at Omega Lettings. Demetrios has been the driving force behind the company's growth from a small family business to a company that now manages a property portfolio approaching £500 million for Landlords, Corporates, Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Demetrios is an ex-Investment Banker, having worked for Deutsche Bank in the City of London within the Corporate Finance group. During his time at Deutsche Bank, Demetrios worked on a number of high profile multi-million and billion £ mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and debt offerings for clients throughout Europe. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Demetrios graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA Honours and an MA in Economics.

Harry is a seasoned property professional focussing on property management. Harry is a member of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and is responsible for Omega Lettings Property Management operations. Harry graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BA Honours in Economics.
